Tamara Tridle, LCSW, Owner

Tamara Tridle focuses her life’s work on helping women overcome trauma histories from childhood abuse, neglect, and present traumas. Using a strengths-based approach, she focuses on early attachment within a trauma-focused framework and EMDR to help women struggling with relationship challenges, codependency, narcissistic, abusive relationships, and domestic violence. Tamara understands the challenges women face in leaving unhealthy relationships and supports them in overcoming feelings of being lost or burnt out. Working with her, clients gain empowerment, confidence, and a renewed sense of self, learning to take control of their lives.

Christine Volk, LMHC, Clinical Director

Christine is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Tampa, followed by her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Saint Leo University. Christine’s approach to therapy tends to be eclectic to meet the individual needs of the client in their process of change.

Camelia Francisc, LMHC & Clinical Supervisor

Camelia is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a minor in Addiction Studies. For nine years, she has helped clients with addiction, relationships, and mental health in a safe, supportive environment. She works with individuals, couples, and groups, using a multicultural and integrative approach. Camelia is trained in EMDR therapy, and her approach to building a therapeutic relationship is based on collaboration.

Jennifer Gravesen, LMHC & Clinical Supervisor

Jennifer is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with children and families experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment related concerns, issues related to adoption or foster care, parenting/co-parenting concerns, problems in school and with suicidal ideation or self-harming behaviors. Jennifer utilizes person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, play based therapy, EMDR, Child Parent Psychotherapy and the Circle of Security parenting program.

Marissa Siegel, LMHC & Clinical Supervisor

Marissa is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and passionate advocate for person-centered therapy, thoughtfully integrating play therapy techniques to support clients through a wide range of concerns. Her therapeutic approach emphasizes each client’s autonomy and innate capacity for growth and healing, creating space for meaningful self-discovery and resilience-building.
