Anabel Perez, LMHC (Virtual)
Anabel received her Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Hodges University. She can be described as a dedicated and empathetic mental health clinician with an undeniable passion for helping others. Anabel enjoys working with individuals, particularly teens and adults, to navigate the complexities of life and is passionate about helping client’s regain control of their emotional well-being.
Ari Schwartz, Clinical Student Intern
Ari is pursuing his Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at the University of Kentucky. Ari works with a diverse range of clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, codependency, and relationship challenges. Ari is passionate about decreasing the stigma around therapy and expanding mental health services to everyone, particularly men, Latinx, and LGBTQIA+ people. Everyone deserves a chance to improve their well-being. Ari provides services in a safe, judgment-free environment, available online in English and Spanish.
Rebekkah Schwartz, LCSW, EMDR Trained
Rebekkah works with adolescents and adults who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders, OCD, and specific phobias. Her goal is to provide a safe space for healing to occur. By providing a space for individuals to explore their feelings, Rebekkah helps clients find balance and grounding in their lives. Rebekkah provides clients with tools to manage stress and anxiety, process unpleasant past experiences, and uncover their strengths. Rebekkah is trained in EMDR and other trauma-focused techniques; she also uses a mindfulness-based approach.
Vanessa Lera, RMFTI
Vanessa obtained her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University and is currently working toward licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist. She enjoys working with children, young adults, and families and has been providing counseling services since 2018. Vanessa uses an eclectic approach to therapy, incorporating mindfulness techniques to help clients identify and use their passions to learn and apply new skills for well-being. She has a talent for supporting others with great patience, warmth, creativity, and compassion.
