Michelle earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida Gulf Coast University and is currently pursuing clinical licensure. She has a deep passion for working with children, teens, and young adults, supporting them as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths.

Her approach is collaborative, person-centered, and strength-based, with each session tailored to the unique needs of her clients. Michelle often incorporates play-based techniques and creative art activities as powerful tools for emotional processing and self-expression, helping clients communicate and heal in ways that feel natural and safe. She also draws from evidence-based practices and mindfulness techniques to foster effective coping skills, emotional regulation, resilience, and self-awareness.

Michelle’s areas of interest include mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, behavioral challenges, low self-esteem, body-image concerns, life transitions, and school-related stressors. She is committed to creating a warm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Above all, Michelle believes that each client is the expert in their own life and is dedicated to walking alongside them with compassion, guidance, and respect throughout their mental health journey.
