Kathryn White, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Kathryn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. She brings a warm, collaborative approach to her work, helping individuals navigate a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, complex family dynamics, life transitions, low self-esteem, and anger management.

She draws on a variety of evidence-based practices tailored to meet each individual's unique needs, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
