Some experiences in life are beyond our ability to deal with. Life transitions, loss of loved ones or relationships, or other life changes can trigger a sense of powerlessness and lack of control.
The approaches I excel in are rooted in intention and reflection gained from my years as a contemplative monk. When we meet, I will help you encounter yourself in a new way and accompany you as you explore your life journey. I will listen with reverence to the story you share and help you understand and interpret your heart’s spoken and unspoken messages. I will help you create a plan to take the necessary steps forward in life. Whether we choose traditional talk therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), hypnosis and subconscious resolution work, or parts work and contemplative practices, a new beginning is approaching.
