Who We're Looking For

We’re excited to welcome new clinicians to our team, but we're selective because our clients deserve the best. To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:

🔹 Fully Licensed in Florida as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
🔹Able to commit to seeing at least 10 clients per week (more if desired).
🔹Have a passion for helping clients thrive and a willingness to grow clinically.
🔹Reliable, ethical, and comfortable working independently.
🔹Comfortable using technology for telehealth, notes, and scheduling.

You are Not a Fit If…

❌ You're not yet fully licensed.
❌ You want to “try therapy out” before committing.
❌ You’re not open to feedback or collaboration.
❌ You prefer a rigid, corporate environment. We’re more relational and dynamic.
